Getting Started
Am I eligible for Inspire’s program?
Inspire Auto Finance® is currently working with franchise dealerships.
How do I get signed up with Inspire Auto Finance®?
- Go to www.InspireAutoFinance.com
- Click the Dealer Sign-up tab
- Have the following available before you get started:
- Dealer License#
- Tax ID#
- DealerTrack#
- Bank ACH Information
- Phone and email addresses for upper management
- Follow the steps and continue to fill out the Dealer Agreement.
How do I get a username and password?
During the dealer sign up, once you are established as an eligible dealer, your username and temporary password will be provided.
How do I change my temporary password?
Upon your first time to log in, you will be prompted to replace your temporary password with a new password.
What happens if I forget my login and password?
If you forget your login and password just click the link below the login box.
Is your Dealer Agreement classified as non-recourse?
Yes, Inspire Auto Finance's Dealer Agreement is Non-Recourse.
Do I need any special forms if my dealership is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) or Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)?
No, on the signature page of the Dealer Agreement replace the term "corporation" with LLC or LLP, and replace the term "secretary" with member.
How do I add multiple dealerships in my group to the Dealer Agreement when signing up?
- Click the Dealer Sign-up tab
- Choose the dealerships that are in your group, If they are not in the system you can add them after you receive your user name and password.
Who is required to sign the Dealer Agreement?
The Owner, CFO, COO, President or any authorized officer of the dealership.
Where do I send my Dealer Agreement once it is completed and signed?
Please send your Dealer Agreement overnight to Inspire Auto Finance®, 3300 Reagan Street, Dallas, TX 75219, and Attention: Dealer Agreement.
What do I need to do if my dealership has a change in ownership, management and/or location?
If an ownership change:
- Go to www.InspireAutoFinance.com
- Click the Dealer Sign-up tab
- Have the following available before you get started:
- Dealer License#
- Tax ID#
- DealerTrack#
- Bank ACH Information
- Phone and email addresses for Upper Management
- Follow the steps and continue to fill out the Dealer Agreement.
If a management and/or location change:
- You need to fill out a Dealer Information Change form that will be coming soon in Resources under the Dealer Services tab.

Through our patent pending proprietary credit module.
Where do I find forms like an assignment form and a funding checklist?
Go to Resources under the Dealer Services tab.
How fast can I expect an approval on my credit application?
After submitting your credit application you will receive a credit decision in minutes.
What stipulations does the customer need to supply for funding?
- W2 computerized paystub less than 30 days old
- Five References
- Drivers License
- Proof of Insurance
Does Inspire Auto Finance® accept self-employed people?
No, Inspire Auto Finance® is only accepting W-2 employment, SSI Disability and VA Disability at this time.
Inspire Auto Finance® does not have a rate sheet, instead we have iLender, a dynamic online desking tool that gives you vehicle specific terms and guidelines. You can view iLender when you are a dealer member.
Does Inspire Auto Finance® have a look-to-book?
Yes, our look to book is less than 5-to-1.
No, Inspire Auto Finance® does not have an application fee.
What kind of contracts does Inspire Auto Finance® accept?
Inspire Auto Finance® accepts simple interest contracts.
Can I send more than one contract in an overnight package to the Funding Department?
Yes, as long as they are in separate folders.

How long does it take for Inspire Auto Finance® to fund a deal?
With a complete funding package, funds could be posted within 24 hours.
What is included in a complete contract package for funding?
- A simple interest contract signed by the dealer
- Complete title work with Inspire Auto Finance listed as lien holder
- Odometer Statement
- Bookout
- Buyers Order
- Notice to co-signer
- A valid W2 computerized paystub less than 30 days old
- Five references each with a different address and phone number
- Driver License
- Proof of Insurance

Your contract will show up in Dealer Track the following day after it is received
How do I view the status of a pending deal?
The status of your contract will be updated through DealerTrack.

You can use any overnight service you choose, but DHL has a hub located at our imaging center: this gives you the opportunity to have a 24 hour turnaround.

What should I do if I do not receive my ACH funding?
Check the status of your contract in DealerTrack:
- The ACH process is started upon your funding notice. You should see a ACH pending notice in your bank account within 72 hours
- If it is not in funded status, please check your notes in DealerTrack.
How will I know if my contract is being returned?
If your contract is being returned you will receive a notice through DealerTrack.
How will my contract be returned?
Your contract will be returned via overnight to the address provided.
