Thomas R. Brower
Chariman & CEO
Thomas Brower is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Inspire Auto Finance®. Over his 26+ years in the automotive sector, Mr. Brower has been a pioneer in the development of the subprime auto finance industry. In the late 1980s, he developed his first subprime company, Finance Security that originated retail installment contracts for Ford Consumer (later known as Transouth). In the early 1990s, he merged Finance Security with Summit Acceptance Corporation (now Capital One) and instituted subprime lending. In 1992, he founded what would become Drive Financial Services and served for more than 10 years as its president and CEO. Drive became one of the nation's largest privately held subprime lending companies and sold in late 2006 to one of the world's largest banks for approximately $800 million. Mr. Brower is very active in various charitable endeavors, including service as Chairman of Inspire Foundation. Mr. Brower graduated from Texas A&M University at Commerce with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Mark Gallas
Chief Operating Officer
Mark Gallas, Chief Operating Officer, brings 15+ years experience in the auto finance industry to Inspire Auto Finance®. Previously Mr. Gallas served as the First Vice President for Loan Administration at Countrywide Financial. Previously, Mr. Gallas served as Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer for Drive Financial Services where he oversaw most of the company's operations departments. Mr. Gallas earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
John Fineout
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Fineout brings to Inspire Auto Finance® more than 14 years of technology leadership experience in the financial services industry. He has served as the Senior Technology leader at Tatum LLC, Carreker Corporation, Capital One Auto Finance and BancTec. Mr. Fineout earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from East Texas Baptist University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Master's in Business Administration studies from Texas A&M University.
Dr. Craig Allen
Chief Credit Officer
A respected veteran of the financial services industry, Dr. Craig Allen founded Delphi Structured Finance Corp. and related companies, providing asset-securitization and credit evaluation services in the USA and EU. Dr. Allen was an early pioneer in non-prime auto finance. He served as a founding partner of the Aegis Holding Corp. which went public as a consumer finance company in 1994. Dr. Allen began his structured finance career at Bear Stearns in 1987.
David Sivils
Chief Business Development Officer
Mr. Sivils joins Inspire with 25 years experience in leadership positions in virtually every facet of the automotive finance industry. With over 2 decades working history in the company of Inspire’s Chief Officers, David brings his experience and enthusiasm for building strong national relationships in subprime lending. In the late 1980s, he served as Vice President of Finance Security that originated retail installment contracts for Ford Consumer (later known as Transouth),then in the early 1990s merged with Summit Acceptance Corporation (now Capital One). He then served as Senior Vice President/Director of Servicing for Drive Financial Services where Mr. Sivils contributions included national business development and strategic direction to control and minimize losses.
